Creating a Painted Effect From a Photograph
After finding the tutorial for today’s discussion, I feel like I must have stepped into the Hot Tub Time Machine . OK, this tutorial doesn’t go all the way back to 1986 as that was before CorelDRAW existed. This tutorial is from 1999 and the techniques can still be used in the current versions of PHOTO-PAINT.

Premium Fonts Supplied with CorelDRAW X5 Boxed Version
