Big Wing – The Airbus of The Early 30s
Hi all, Here is my latest airplane model project – a Junkers G.38 giant wing airliner of the Lufthansa fleet. I find the German “Nurflügel” or ‘flying wing’ designs interesting and this is related, although it has a tailplane that looks like a bomber from WWI. The Junkers G.38 was the largest land-based airplane of it´s day (the Dornier Do-X was a boat plane).

Here is the Lunar Module – 5: “Eagle”! I spent a year on it! To me it’s not so bad… I hope you – dear space modelers – like my work! Waiting for your comments… 1:48 scale original parts of this model is from U-DON’s but the whole other details just like Landing Radar & Front Elevation of Landing Radar Baffle & others are scratchbuild. Thinking this to be the appropriate ( hey, its an industrial rr) place, thought I would post a few pictures of my latest creation. This is the Haitian Sugar train that ran from Port au Prince Haiti to Leogane Haiti in the 1920’s. I do a lot of medical work in Haiti and my friends and interpreters there “humor me” with helping on the field research of this very charming RR (narrow guage 30″ prototype that really used Porters)
