Quickoffice Launches Connect Mobile Suite for Apple iPad
Today, Quickoffice released its Quickoffice Connect Mobile Suite for the Apple iPad , another entry in the growing list of iPad business applications that expands the tablet’s business potential . The iPad app lets users view, edit, and create Microsoft Office Word and Excel files and integrates with mobile cloud storage providers (such as Apple’s MobileMe , Google Docs , Box.net and Dropbox ).

IRex Technologies , maker of the e-reader iLiad, has filed for bankruptcy, reports PaidContent . The company, which began selling the iRex DR800SG in February, reports that sales of the device have been below expectations.
